We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed. A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
To initiate an exchange email us to exchange an item. Your request will be queued up and you will be contacted by our team soon.
We try our best to pick up the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we aren't able to find a courier partner which pick up from your location, then we request you to self ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package.
When exchanging your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your exchange item.
Also please note that the Courier service provider is required to check the product for verification.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
